We are a full-service wedding planner, designed for the couple that wants to have a professional involved in all aspects of the planning. You get to do the fun part and make all of the final decisions, while we do all of the legwork — making the entire planning process as fun and stress-free as possible.  When we help you plan your wedding, we give you:

  • Unlimited access to your planner via phone and email
  • Progress meetings, as needed
  • A personalized online wedding planning portal and planning checklist
  • Budget development & management
  • Wedding website
  • Wedding Design & Styling – Creation of Design Boards to showcase color, theme, and decor ideas
  • Venue & vendor recommendations & selection
  • Schedule & attend vendor meetings
  • Review venue & vendor contracts
  • Arrange hotel room blocks for guests
  • Reminders of due dates for vendor commitments and payments

As your wedding date approaches, we will:

  • Have a final planning/detailing meeting one month prior to the wedding
  • Attend your final walk-through at the ceremony & reception sites
  • Create & distribute wedding day itineraries for your vendors & bridal party
  • Confirm & coordinate of all vendors, services, equipment, etc.

The week of your wedding doesn't have to be stressful!  Leave it to us to:

  • Check in with you regularly to make sure you are relaxed and ready for the day
  • Assemble your favors and hotel guest welcome bags
  • Coordinate your rehearsal

· your wedding day ·

We make sure you don't have to do anything on your wedding day except enjoy the party.  Our coordinators and assistants will be at your wedding for up to 10 hours, handling anything that may come up!  This may include:

  • Confirming delivery & setup of all vendors, decorations, & equipment
  • Set up of all personal items (favors, place cards, programs, etc)
  • Distribution of bridal party flowers
  • Coordination of ceremony (line up bridal party & cue processional)
  • Transportation of ceremony decorations to reception space, if necessary
  • Coordination of vendors throughout reception to ensure that all events take place and that the event remains on schedule
  • Cue the start of all of the reception activities including introductions, first dance, dinner, toasts, & cake cutting
  • Troubleshooting any concerns that may arise throughout the day
  • Distribution of gratuities to vendors on behalf of the bride and groom
  • Gather up gifts and personal items at end of the reception
  • Wedding day emergency kit
